The Arts Society Newbury is a member of The Arts Society (the operating name of The National Association of Decorative and Fine Art Societies), which is a registered charity (Registered charity no. England and Wales 1089743). The Arts Society is able to claim Gift Aid on the service recharge fee paid by you which in 2025/2026 is £16.20. This forms part of your subscription fee. 

The Arts Society pays an administrative fee of £1 for every Gift Aid declaration form to The Arts Society Newbury which we use towards funding Young Arts projects.

I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year it is my responsibility to pay any difference.

• you want to cancel this declaration 
• you change your name or home address 
• you no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains

If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self-Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.
