Guidance

The Society’s records are kept on computer.  These records are kept solely for the Society’s administration.They will be processed fairly and lawfully and in accordance with the Society’s legitimate activities.  Your particulars will not be disclosed to persons outside the Society’s membership other than The Arts Society.  

If you have provided us with your email address, we may use this as our primary means of communication with you.  Please provide your mobile number as we may need this in case of contacting you quickly.
